Spark

In the Spark program, high potential employees develop skills in innovation and leadership by mentoring an interdisciplinary team of Masters students working to resolve a strategic innovation challenge.

Spark offers a unique opportunity to learn how to be a brilliant leader through applied learning in a safe space where failure is supported, reflection and courage are commended, and personal insight is a measure of success.

There are two options for your participation in the program. All mentors take Leading Innovative Teams, which is the foundation of the leadership program.

Mentors who would like to formalise their learning experience can also opt to complete the Professional Certificate in Innovation Practice.

No matter which one you choose, you'll learn valuable innovation and leadership skills side-by-side, and be able to directly apply your new skills to your team in a supportive environment.
